With nearly two decades as the vice president for Madison Square Garden, Timothy brings considerable experience in live event and facility management to the team. His career highlights include coordination and production during a $1billion renovation of Madison Square Garden, the opening of Englewood, Calif.’s Forum after a $100 million renovation, and oversight for multiple world tours, including luminaries like Michelle Obama and Oprah.

Kristen VanCott joined Scenic Beacon in 2022 and brings years of property management and real estate experience. She spent most of her career running her landscaping company, Spring Water Landscaping, which specialized in residential property groundskeeping and rental property management. When she became a Licensed Real Estate Agent, she immediately gravitated toward the rental market. Through customer care, day-to-day management and building operations, marketing, leasing, and maintenance, Kristen is dedicated to ensuring a wonderful experience for every Scenic Beacon tenant.
